Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new customers in the international logistics market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
Promote air, ocean, road, and multimodal freight solutions based on customer needs.
Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 3 years of sales experience; experience in international freight forwarding is preferred.
Good understanding of international transportation, Incoterms, and supply chain concepts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Good command of English.
