Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities and pain points.
- Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance through data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment between teams and ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Mentor and support Product Managers and contribute to the growth of product practices within the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including experience leading complex products or product teams.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization frameworks, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience in platform, marketplace, fintech, insurtech, or SaaS products is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools and experimentation frameworks.
