Computer Engineer – AI, Automation & Dashboard Specialist

Caspian Holding is seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Engineer – AI, Automation & Dashboard Specialist to support the company’s digital transformation projects.
This position is primarily project-based and focused on developing practical solutions using artificial intelligence, workflow automation, dashboards, system integration, and smart business processes. The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to identify operational needs, automate repetitive tasks, connect different platforms, and create efficient digital tools for daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-powered management dashboards for different business processes.
Build and manage AI Agents for automating repetitive tasks and internal workflows.
Create, implement, and maintain automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
Integrate websites, online forms, databases, dashboards, CRM systems, email platforms, and communication tools.
Work with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party services to connect different systems.
Develop automated solutions for data collection, reporting, task management, document processing, and internal operations.
Use AI tools to summarize content, generate reports, prepare PowerPoint presentations, create flowcharts, and produce images or videos.
Analyze current business processes and recommend practical AI-based solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and productivity.
Design scalable, secure, and efficient automation systems based on the requirements of each project.
Test, troubleshoot, improve, document, and maintain dashboards and automation workflows after implementation.
Collaborate with the management team to understand project goals, priorities, deadlines, and expected deliverables.
Provide clear documentation and basic training for implemented systems when required.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation, software development, dashboard development, artificial intelligence, or related projects.
Strong understanding of generative AI, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Experience working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
Ability to design dashboards, management reports, and data visualizations.
Familiarity with databases, data management, and business reporting concepts.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver project results.
Good command of English for communication, documentation, and teamwork.
Responsible, detail-oriented, creative, and willing to learn new technologies.
