Responsibilities:

• Analyze and compare prices of services and materials for fiber optic network maintenance.
• Review and evaluate contractors’ proposals and prepare analytical reports.
• Perform cost calculations, financial modeling, and budget analysis in Excel.
• Prepare procurement performance reports, control costs, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with contractors.
• Identify and develop relationships with capable new suppliers.
• Collaborate closely with technical and finance teams for procurement decisions.
• Be familiar with fiber optic project consumables to accurately assess requirements.
• Issue purchase orders, follow up on payments, and manage the procurement process until delivery.
• Monitor and improve procurement processes with a focus on risk reduction and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or fiber optic network maintenance.
• Proficient in English (working level).
• Familiarity with economic concepts, budget management, currency rates, and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of BOQ, cost analysis, and maintenance KPIs.
• Creative, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant analytical tools).

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with ERP or procurement management systems.
• Experience collaborating with telecom operators or network maintenance contractors.
• Ability to analyze and optimize procurement processes.
