About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and technically minded Procurement Specialist to join our telecom maintenance team. The ideal candidate is skilled in cost analysis, Excel modeling, supplier negotiation, and contracting, and can accurately analyze and control maintenance project costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and compare maintenance service and material costs for telecom projects.
• Evaluate contractor proposals and support procurement decisions.
• Perform cost modeling and data analysis in Excel.
• Prepare analytical cost reports and performance summaries.
• Negotiate and sign contracts with contractors.
• Identify capable contractors and expand the supplier network.
• Collaborate with technical and financial teams to ensure alignment.
• Assess telecom site consumables and materials to accurately identify needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or telecom site maintenance.
• Fluency in English.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of economic concepts, budget management, and exchange rates.
• Familiarity with BOQ, cost analysis, and maintenance KPIs.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
