Job Description

Overview

Due to the expansion of Digikala’s B2B platform, we are looking for a skilled and passionate Product Sales Senior Specialist in the accessories category. In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, providing product consultation, and managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment.

If you are passionate about digital accessories, understand market trends, and have strong sales and negotiation skills, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth of Digikala’s B2B ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and develop new business customers and retail partners in the digital accessories category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and business customers.
  • Provide professional product consultation and recommend suitable accessory solutions based on customer needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including opportunity identification, quotation preparation, negotiation, order processing, and follow-up until delivery.
  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Collaborate with commercial, finance, logistics, supply, and customer support teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, competitor activities, and pricing strategies within the accessories segment.
  • Support product portfolio development by providing market feedback and customer insights.
  • Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with supply teams to optimize product availability.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer status, market opportunities, and sales pipeline.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of Digikala’s B2B market share in the accessories category.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital accessories, consumer electronics, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of digital accessories categories such as chargers, cables, power banks, headphones, cases, smart wearables, and other mobile-related products.
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, and negotiation with retailers or business customers.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High ownership, follow-up ability, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
