Job Description:

• Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company strategy.
• Conduct regular visits to physicians to monitor product availability and movement.
• Maintain and update product and competitor knowledge, and build and maintain good relationships with trade personnel.
• Update doctor cards and lists and submit daily reports.
• Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
• Engage with opinion leaders and gather market feedback on a regular basis.
• Report relevant information to the manager and follow company procedures and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Midwifery, or Nursing.
• Experience in representing medical products.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong market and business understanding, solid problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Teamwork spirit.
• Good command of English.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
