Identify customers and manage sales promotion of assigned products to target doctors to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company strategy.
Conduct regular visits to physicians to monitor product availability and movement.
Maintain and update product and competitor knowledge, and build and maintain good relationships with trade personnel.
Update doctor cards and lists and submit daily reports.
Implement ongoing targeting and profiling of customers.
Engage with opinion leaders and gather market feedback on a regular basis.
Report relevant information to the manager and follow company procedures and best practices.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Midwifery, or Nursing.
Experience in representing medical products.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong market and business understanding, solid problem-solving, and time management skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Teamwork spirit.
Good command of English.
Good computer literacy (MS Office).
