Job Description:
As a Product Quality & Governance Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Auditing & Assessing: Evaluating the quality of work of Product Owners and Product Managers, and auditing core product artifacts (PRDs, BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria).
- Process Improvement: Analyzing product lifecycle stages (from Discovery to Release), identifying bottlenecks or gaps, and designing checklists, scorecards, and audit frameworks to enhance maturity.
- Performance Analysis: Monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Rework, and Defect Leakage to drive data-informed improvements across business lines.
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, PMO, or Process Governance.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Excel (Power BI is a plus).
- Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and the full product lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to provide professional, constructive feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Enterprise, B2B, or Telecom environments is a significant advantage.
