We are looking for a responsible and skilled problem-solver to help us guide the business and build better products.
Responsibilities

- Work closely with data team members and other teams to run data analysis projects.
- Write and run complex queries using data analysis tools and databases.
- Analyze data carefully to find patterns and give practical recommendations.
- Design and manage statistical tests to evaluate the impact of product and business changes.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs, metrics, and OKRs related to business performance.
- Use data storytelling to clearly communicate insights to different stakeholders.
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis.
- Strong skills in SQL and BI tools like Metabase.
- Deep knowledge of databases like ClickHouse and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of statistics, experiment design, and A/B testing.
- Ability to solve complex problems and build practical solutions using Python and tools like GitLab.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and tools like Kafka and Airflow.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of business and product needs, and the ability to turn them into actionable insights.
