We’re looking for a Junior Master Data Specialist who is responsible for registering and maintaining product master data in SAP, validating information to prevent operational issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.

This role requires strong attention to detail, high speed and efficiency in data entry, and the ability to reconcile system data to support planning, procurement, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and maintain product master data in SAP accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure correctness and completeness of product-related information (SKU data, specifications, units, classifications, etc.)
• Validate and verify data before system entry to prevent downstream operational issues
• Extract reports from SAP and reconcile system data with source documents
• Identify inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and proactively follow up for correction and completion
• Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, planning, commercial, finance, and warehouse teams to collect and confirm required data
• Support data cleansing and data quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal data governance and data accuracy standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Associate degree or higher; field of study is open and not restricted.
• Minimum 1 year of professional working experience, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems; hands-on SAP experience is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of precision when handling large datasets.
• High speed, efficiency, and productivity in executing data entry and verification tasks.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage repetitive yet highly sensitive tasks responsibly.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Good communication and follow-up skills to effectively collaborate with various departments for missing data.
