We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our finance team. This position is responsible for day-to-day budgeting operations and routine reporting in subsidiary business units, supporting other accountants to achieve unit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop comprehensive quarterly financial forecasts and the annual corporate budget.
• Analyze and control existing operational results in close cooperation with the district financial controller.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze variances against budget and historical data, and propose corrective action plans.
• Provide accurate financial information and forecasts to managers to help pilot and drive overall business performance.
• Challenge operational teams through rigorous controlling, systematic reporting, and deep-dive financial analysis.
• Identify and share financial best practices across business units, including insights from global or other country operations.
• Review and evaluate documents, statements, system data, and sales/purchase reports to ensure strict compliance with financial policies and budgets.
• Actively participate in strategic cost reduction plans and control the financial processes of purchasing, sales, and inventory.
• Prepare analytical, comparative, and customized financial reports for active projects and specific business units.
• Update product and project cost prices and profit margins dynamically based on company demands and market shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in financial controlling and core accounting roles.
• Proven track record and an effective background working within dynamic Startup companies.
• Strong analytical and technical skills specialized in financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Sound knowledge and high proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and the MS Office suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong capabilities in financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Sufficient and up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and standard financial reporting frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional proficiency in English.
• High flexibility and a proven ability to align with shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
