Content Specialist

Responsible for creating, reviewing, maintaining, and approving product and service content across the Carfix platform. This includes reviewing content submitted by vendors, continuously auditing and updating existing product and service information, and ensuring content accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Carfix standards. This role has a direct impact on customer experience, catalog quality, and the overall efficiency of content operations. Accuracy, speed, and strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Duties:
1. Quality Review of Product Content

• Review product images based on QC standards (quality, background, watermark-free, correct size and angles, authenticity of product/brand, compliance with Islamic guidelines, etc.)
• Review product specifications (title, brand, attributes, variations, product description, etc.)
• Identify and correct errors (spelling and grammar, content accuracy, technical issues, etc.)
• Ensure full compliance with Snapp Shop’s policies and prevent approval of restricted or sensitive items
• Maintain high speed of execution while keeping quality intact

2. Handling Vendor Requests

• Review tickets related to approving and creating new brands and products
• Provide clear and accurate feedback on rejection reasons
• Guide vendors on how to correct inaccurate or incomplete content

3. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with other teams (for attribute completion, image issues, etc.)
• Report content-related issues to improve processes and eliminate blockers
• Contribute to drafting new guidelines, rules, and content standards

4. Quality Monitoring & Reporting

• Record detailed daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
• Participate in team projects and provide progress updates throughout each phase

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (QC / product content)
• Interest in working with large datasets and fast-paced environments
• Preferably familiar with marketplace ecosystems
