In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, monitor business performance, analyze budget variances, prepare management reports, and contribute to the financial evaluation of projects. Your insights will play a key role in supporting strategic and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the company's annual operational planning and budgeting process
• Monitor budget performance and analyze variances between actual and planned results
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic management reports
• Develop business and financial analytical reports to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze revenue, cost trends, and key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations
• Build financial models and perform financial analysis
• Prepare revenue forecasts and financial projections
• Review and optimize the structure of cost centers and projects within the financial system
• Design and develop operational and management dashboards

Requirements

• Strong understanding of operational planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Solid knowledge of business, financial, and operational analysis techniques
• Familiarity with financial analysis and financial modeling concepts
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into analytical insights
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus
• Familiarity with Rahkaran ERP is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
