Ecotrust is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its advisory and analysis team. This role focuses on reviewing users’ specialized questions in the “Porsesh” section and providing clear, responsible, and structured guidance on personal investment, asset management, portfolio allocation, and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze users’ financial situation, assets, risk profile, and concerns
• Provide accurate and understandable responses about portfolios, investment recommendations, risk, return, diversification, and asset allocation
• Answer questions about gold, foreign currency, funds, equities, cryptocurrencies, and other investment instruments
• Identify risks, missing information, and cases requiring escalation
• Follow Ecotrust’s analytical policies and response standards
• Document recurring questions and collaborate with analysis, product, and CX teams to improve response quality

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of finance, investment, and asset management
• Good understanding of Iran’s financial markets and common asset classes
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for non-expert users
• Strong analytical writing, attention to detail, and responsible judgment
• Ability to work with incomplete information and within defined analytical frameworks

Preferred

Experience in financial analysis, investment advisory, capital markets, fintech, wealthtech, or financial content creation, along with an academic background in finance, economics, accounting, management, or related fields.
