At KPlus Group, we are seeking a highly capable and entrepreneurial Business Unit Manager.

This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader who can drive commercial performance, expand market presence, build high-performing teams, and ensure sustainable business growth. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business and strengthening its position within the construction materials market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities, products, and market segments
• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing commercial and operational teams
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agents, suppliers, and key stakeholders
• Monitor business performance through financial and operational KPIs and implement corrective actions when required
• Define pricing strategies in collaboration with product management and commercial leadership
• Lead business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes
• Ensure alignment of business activities with KPlus Group's overall strategy and governance framework
• Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications & Experience

• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within construction materials, building products, or related industries
• Previous experience in a General Manager, Business Unit Head, CEO, or similar leadership role is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales management, and business development
• Proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership
