Senior Back-End Developer (Node.js) - آقا

We're looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to build, optimize, and scale the systems behind our digital products.
Note: This position is for mid-level and senior professionals only. Junior and entry-level applications will not be considered.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance APIs
Architect efficient data models and optimize queries for performance and reliability
Build and operate robust back-end services in production
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with front-end developers and designers
Contribute to code reviews and architectural decisions

Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional Node.js experience
Strong proficiency in MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, aggregation, query optimization)
Solid command of RESTful API design and architecture
In-depth knowledge of authentication and authorization, including JWT
Proven experience developing and maintaining live production systems
Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
Strong grasp of software architecture and clean code principles

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with relational databases
Background in fintech, payments, blockchain, or cryptocurrency products
Familiarity with concurrency, transaction management, and data consistency
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, containerization, or cloud infrastructure
