Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and highly organized Export Logistics Manager to lead our export operations and ensure the seamless execution of international orders. As a key link in our supply chain, you will oversee the end-to-end process—from initial order receipt to final handover to the transportation team. The ideal candidate will possess a “command-and-control” mindset, ensuring that production, inventory, and cross-functional teams are perfectly synchronized to meet our global customer commitments.
Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Order Management: Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of export orders, ensuring timely execution and smooth handover to the Transportation department.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central coordinator between Export Sales, Production Planning, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to facilitate flawless order fulfillment.
  • Supply & Inventory Optimization: Develop robust supply plans based on demand forecasting and production capacity; oversee inventory levels to prevent stock shortages while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish order priorities by balancing production schedules, delivery deadlines, and specific customer requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor export order progress against agreed timelines, identify operational bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive reports regarding order fulfillment rates, inventory status, stock shortages, and overall operational KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the Export Logistics Operations team, fostering a high-performance culture through continuous monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Export Operations, Planning, Order Management, or Logistics, specifically within the FMCG industry.
  • Language: Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong command of order planning, inventory control, and end-to-end supply chain management principles.
  • Preferential Criteria: Familiarity with export procedures and international documentation (Incoterms, Customs, etc.) is considered a significant advantage.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
