About the role

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with strategic merchants (key accounts) to ensure their satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and support the in-store business line. They will serve as the primary point of contact for these merchants, ensuring the successful implementation of partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of merchants to achieve long-term success.
  • Maintain close contact with merchants at every stage, addressing their queries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
  • Understand merchants' needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their engagement with SnappPay.
  • Monitor key merchant metrics daily and offer actionable guidance based on insights.
  • Ensure a seamless selling experience for partners on the SnappPay platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with merchants.
  • Drive growth in GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) across all merchants.
  • Increase the number of orders processed by merchants.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
