Job Description

Must Have
  • 2+ years of Python experience in real projects
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Odoo development (custom modules, ORM, XML views, QWeb) — OR strong Python + Django/Flask background with willingness to learn Odoo fast
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with Git workflow (branch, commit, merge, pull request)
  • Ability to read technical documentation in English
Nice to Have
  • Linux server administration basics (Ubuntu, systemd, nginx)
  • Frontend skills: JavaScript, OWL framework, or basic web development
  • Experience with REST APIs and hardware integration
  • Docker or deployment automation experience
What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules (models, views, business logic)
  • Fix bugs reported by our deployment and support teams
  • Implement localization features (Jalali calendar, official invoicing, RTL support)
  • Write clean, documented, maintainable Python code
  • Work with PostgreSQL: queries, data migration, performance basics
  • Integrate Odoo with external systems (attendance devices, RFID hardware, APIs)
  • Participate in code reviews and use Git for version control
  • Assist with deployment and server-side troubleshooting when needed
