We are building OMS — the Order Management System powering brokerage services across multiple markets. You will join a tight-knit team responsible for the full lifecycle of order processing.

This is a high-leverage role in a complex, distributed, event-driven system processing financial transactions at scale. Our OMS powers real-money trading for thousands of investors. You will design, implement, and operate services that demand correctness, low latency, and resilience.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement new features
• Reason about distributed state: at-least-once delivery, idempotent event handlers, cluster rebalancing, split-brain resolution
• Own services end-to-end: coding, testing, containerising, deploying via Azure Pipelines, and responding to production incidents

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years on .NET (C#)
• Solid command of GRASP principles. You don't just recognise these names — you think in them
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts
• Production experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Experience containerising applications with Docker and deploying to Kubernetes
• Proficiency writing unit and integration tests — you treat tests as first-class citizens of the codebase
• Solid understanding of SQL and RDBMS design
• Ability to reason about performance and memory in a managed runtime

Strongly Preferred

• Experience in financial services / brokerage / trading systems
• Hands-on with the Akka.NET actor model

Mindset

• You value simplicity and correctness over cleverness — you'd rather pick the well-understood pattern than invent a new one
• You can hold the entire service in your head but still break work down into small, reviewable PRs
• You're comfortable being on-call for services you own and treat incidents as learning opportunities
• You enjoy understanding the domain deeply — you ask "why does this rule exist?" before coding it, and you can talk to business stakeholders without hand-waving
