Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify business trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Design and develop management dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making.
• Develop and evaluate analytical and predictive models.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Business teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and proper documentation of analyses.
• Mentor junior team members and promote data analysis best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Solid understanding of statistics, data analysis, and data modeling concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong teamwork, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Apache Airflow and Apache Spark is considered a plus.
