As the Head of Campaign Management Team at Snapp Shop, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our marketplace campaigns. You will bridge between commercial supply and marketing demand, orchestrating initiatives that drive user engagement, sales growth, and marketplace liquidity. You will work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Advertising, and Growth teams to design campaigns that optimize the purchase funnel and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap & Calendar: Develop and manage annual and seasonal campaign roadmaps aligned with Snapp Shop’s business objectives and commercial priorities.
Campaign Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from conceptualization and strategy development to execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
Conversion Optimization: Design and implement promotional mechanics, discount schemes, and incentive programs specifically aimed at improving conversion rates and increasing orders and NMV across the purchase funnel.
Cross-functional Leadership: Coordinate with Commercial, Product & Tech, Advertising, and Growth teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign KPIs, conduct deep-dive performance reviews, and identify optimization opportunities to maximize ROI and business impact.
Reporting & Strategy: Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership, translating data into actionable business insights.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Campaign Management team, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Growth Innovation & Creative: Identify new growth levers and experiment with innovative campaign concepts to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing, or Growth roles.
Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the e-commerce purchase funnel and proven success in optimizing conversion rates.
Analytical Skills & Problem Solving: Proficient in data analysis; ability to translate complex data into a clear business strategy and solve problems.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce marketplaces, online retail, or technology-driven businesses is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Commercial, and Advertising teams to drive bottom-line business outcomes.
Previous experience with loyalty programs, gamification, or high-scale promotional events (e.g., Flash Sales, Seasonal Festivals).
