Account Management Specialist (Art and Culture)

Duties:

• Approaching approved leads by the category manager and signing contracts
• Providing facilities for onboarding vendors
• Maintaining close communication with KA vendors as the primary contact person
• Staying updated on market conditions in terms of assortment, pricing strategy, etc.
• Owning sales targets of KA vendors
• Continuously checking KA vendor activation
• Creating monthly plans to improve the sales performance of KA vendors
• Monitoring and analyzing KA vendors' performance and sharing insights to improve performance
• Sharing assortment gaps with KA vendors to enhance their assortment
• Sharing the ATP report with KA vendors to avoid sales loss
• Ensuring competitive pricing of KA vendors, especially on index products
• Pushing KA vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
• Holding meetings with KA vendors to improve sales and solve issues
• Acting as an accelerator in solving KA vendor issues (operational, financial, etc.)
• Continuously checking KA vendor operational KPIs and helping vendors improve them

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related fields
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in e-commerce is an advantage
