About the Role

The Senior Marketing Insight Analyst will support the Growth & Marketing Data team by turning business data, campaign results, customer surveys, and market signals into clear insights and actionable recommendations. The role is designed to improve marketing and growth decisions across user acquisition, retention, CRM, campaign planning, and customer understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Build a clear view of key growth and marketing KPIs, including users, orders, retention, repeat behavior, campaign performance, and customer segments within the first 3 months.
  • Deliver at least 3–5 actionable insights per month that can directly support growth, CRM, campaign, or marketing decisions.
  • Design, launch, and analyze regular customer surveys to improve understanding of user behavior, needs, barriers, and campaign perception.
  • Provide pre-campaign insights and post-campaign analysis for major marketing campaigns, including recommendations for future improvements.
  • Own or improve key Growth and Marketing dashboards to make reporting more reliable, structured, and decision-oriented.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and senior management teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, business analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience working with SQL and raw data.
  • Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and analyzing surveys.
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer apps is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing, CRM, performance marketing, customer behavior, and growth funnels.
  • Ability to translate data into business insights and practical recommendations.
  • Strong business sense and ability to prioritize high-impact questions.
  • Good storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and push for better decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Business teams.
