Role & Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Approaching approved leads by the category manager and signing a contract
- Providing facilities for onboarding vendors
- Close communication with KA Vendors as the primary contact person
- Being updated about the latest market conditions in terms of assortment, pricing strategy, …
- Owning the sales target of KA Vendors
- Continuous checking of KA Vendors activation
- Creating monthly plans to improve the sales performance of KA Vendors
- Constant monitoring and analysis of KA vendors' performance and sharing insights with them in order to improve performance
- Sharing gap assortment with KA vendors to enhance their assortment
- Sharing the ATP report with KA Vendors to avoid sales loss
- Ensuring competitive pricing of KA vendors, especially on index products
- Pushing KA vendors for promotion participation and offering deals
- Holding meetings with KA vendors to improve their sales and solve issues
- Acting as an accelerator in solving KA vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …)
- Continuous checking of the KA vendor operational KPIs and helping vendors to improve them
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Key Account vendors
- Collaborating closely with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to execute commercial plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Management or other related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Having experience in E-Commerce is an advantage
