How will you make an impact?
As a Scrum Master, you'll play a key role in helping cross-functional teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. By facilitating Agile practices, improving team collaboration, and ensuring smooth execution, you'll directly contribute to the success of Barook's products and technology initiatives.
What you'll do at Barook:
• Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives
• Coordinate sprint planning, task prioritization, and execution across product and engineering teams
• Help teams break down business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
• Track sprint progress, identify delivery risks, and proactively remove blockers
• Foster effective collaboration between Engineering, Product, Business, and other cross-functional stakeholders
• Support the CTO in execution tracking, operational coordination, and delivery management
• Maintain project documentation, sprint boards, and progress using project management tools
• Monitor project timelines, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of commitments
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize team processes and Agile practices
• Prepare project status reports, progress updates, and key performance metrics for leadership
You'll enjoy this role if you have:
• At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
• Good knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong planning, prioritization, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable tasks
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination skills
