Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, analytical Commercial Manager to drive commercial performance and partner negotiations, combining data discipline with commercial instinct.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner relationships and negotiations
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and commercial opportunities to shape strategy
  • Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy, including continuous improvement plans to achieve company targets
  • Prepare regular management reports on sales, contracts, market conditions, and margins
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to grow the business

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Business Development, Commercial, Category Management, or Partnerships roles, with a track record of successful negotiations
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and acquiring partners
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound understanding of pricing strategy and supply-demand dynamics
  • Data-driven — able to translate numbers into pricing, margin, and business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to identify issues and drive practical solutions under pressure
  • Strong communication skills; able to simplify data for non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, entrepreneurial, results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
