About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us execute, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels, including Google Ads and Iranian advertising networks.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and advertising platforms to improve ROAS and reduce CAC.
• Collaborate with Content, Creative, and Product teams to build effective and engaging campaigns.
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities across paid channels.
• Stay up to date with the latest performance marketing trends, best practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and digital advertising networks.
• Solid understanding of key performance metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Conversion Rate.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Understanding of user acquisition funnels and digital marketing channels.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT and other generative AI tools) to troubleshoot issues, generate ideas, and enhance performance marketing activities.
• A collaborative team player with a test-and-learn mindset.
