We are looking for a Business Analyst to help translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for Data-Driven software product.
You will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA engineers, and other team members to support product delivery and ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, challenges, and expected outcomes.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and other teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Review completed features, support functional testing, and confirm that solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and support process and product improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-focused role.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Communicate well in English with customers and consultants.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

What Would Be a Plus

• Experience working with software products, particularly Data-Driven Solutions or Platforms.
• A data-oriented mindset and the ability to use available information to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Experience in banking, financial services, compliance, regulatory, or enterprise software domains.
• Ability to understand and analyze structured and semi-structured data, including JSON, XML, CSV, and Excel.
• Familiarity with data mapping, data validation, and business process analysis.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and API responses.
• Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and validation.
