Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

• Recruit, hire, and train the sales team.
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
• Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
• Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
• Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation.
• Meet goals and metrics.
• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
• Coordinate between different areas of supervision.
• Explore and study competitors' movements in the target market.
• Identify and track sales goals in the supervision area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Motivated and proactive.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Computer skills must include working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• High ability to negotiate with key accounts.
• Experience in B2C sales is an advantage.
