Job Description

At Alibaba Group, we're looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting compliance, and delivering an outstanding employee experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Update internal databases, such as sick and maternity leaves.
  • Prepare necessary HR documents (e.g., employment contracts and recruitment guides).
  • Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
  • Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator's assistant.
  • Understanding various HR software systems, like Hamkaran system.
  • Computer literate with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good understanding of labor laws.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • BSc in HR or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and the ability to leverage them to improve HR operational efficiency and day-to-day administrative tasks.
