Job Description
At Alibaba Group, we're looking for a Senior HR Administration Specialist to join our People team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting compliance, and delivering an outstanding employee experience. Responsibilities:
Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Update internal databases, such as sick and maternity leaves.
Prepare necessary HR documents (e.g., employment contracts and recruitment guides).
Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Report regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
Requirements:
Experience as an HR administrator or HR administrator's assistant.
Understanding various HR software systems, like Hamkaran system.
Computer literate with software such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of labor laws.
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
BSc in HR or a relevant field.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and the ability to leverage them to improve HR operational efficiency and day-to-day administrative tasks.
