The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Validate payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, and labor regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits.
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of payroll experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and payroll systems.
- Proficiency in attendance and working-hours calculations, with hands-on experience using PW Kara (Donyaye Pardazesh).
- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
