CRM Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Linux System Administration (LPIC-1), Bash/Shell Scripting, Package Management, User & Group Management, Process Management, Network Configuration, Log Analysis, System Troubleshooting
• Maintain and support CRM systems and related infrastructure.
• Deploy code releases, patches, and maintenance releases (MRs) provided by the Development team.
• Prepare production environments for software installations and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during deployments and system operations.
• Perform system upgrades and downgrades in the IoT environment.
• Analyze system logs and investigate operational incidents.
• Maintain and update monitoring systems.
• Monitor CRM services and ensure high system availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve service quality.
• Prepare operational reports and document technical activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CRM system support, infrastructure operations, or system administration (advantage).
• Solid knowledge of Linux administration, networking fundamentals, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with system monitoring tools, software deployment, patch management, and production support in enterprise environments.
