Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Analyze employer requests.
- Communicate effectively with the employer to analyze requests.
- Handle requests within the prescribed time.
- Analyze configuration requests.
- Apply configurations to the system.
- Plan periodic services.
- Prepare and update required documentation for periodic services.
- Analyze requests announced by IPCC and subscriber issues.
Qualifications:
- Good practical knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on skills in ITIL.
- Hands-on skills in GSM.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Good performance management.
- Effective communication skills.
