Job Description:
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze employer requests.
• Communicate effectively with the employer to analyze requests.
• Handle requests within the prescribed time.
• Analyze configuration requests.
• Apply configurations to the system.
• Plan periodic services.
• Prepare and update required documentation for periodic services.
• Analyze requests announced by IPCC and subscriber issues.

Qualifications:

• Good practical knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on skills in ITIL.
• Hands-on skills in GSM.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good performance management.
• Effective communication skills.
