Design plays a critical role in shaping how we solve complex logistics challenges at scale.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience designing digital products and delivering measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver who combines user-centered design with data-driven decision-making to create scalable, high-quality product experiences.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and problem definition to delivery, validation, and continuous iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and business stakeholders to design solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Translate research findings and product insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing, using both qualitative and quantitative data to validate hypotheses and continuously improve the product.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and use data to measure and optimize design outcomes.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and high design quality across products.
• Document design decisions and provide clear specifications for engineering handoff.
• Mentor designers, provide constructive design feedback, and contribute to a strong design culture.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices.
• Possess excellent visual design skills with strong attention to typography, spacing, layout, hierarchy, and interaction details.
• Be proficient with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Have a clear understanding of how design decisions drive product success and business outcomes.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, last-mile delivery, or similar industries is highly preferred.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates must submit a portfolio featuring real product case studies that clearly demonstrate:

• The problem statement, business context, and design objectives.
• Research methods and data used to inform design decisions.
• The end-to-end design process, key decisions, and trade-offs.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validation of solutions through usability testing, user feedback, experiments, or product analytics.
• Measurable outcomes, including success metrics and post-launch evaluation that demonstrate the impact and effectiveness of the solution.
