At Okala, We're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and help shape digital products that deliver exceptional user experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify user problems, turn insights into impactful solutions, and drive product decisions through data, research, and design thinking.

 What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UX Researchers to discover and define user problems.
• Conduct benchmarking, competitor analysis, and user behavior analysis.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for digital products.
• Create simple, efficient, and scalable user experiences.
• Validate design solutions through usability testing, product data, and user feedback.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Design System.
• Present and defend design decisions based on data, insights, and user needs.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Utilize AI tools throughout the research, analysis, ideation, and design process.

 What You Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of Design Systems and component-based design principles.
• Proven experience designing digital products.
• Strong knowledge of UX principles, Interaction Design, and Information Architecture.
• Familiarity with Product Discovery processes.
• Ability to analyze product data and translate insights into design decisions.
• Experience conducting user research or collaborating closely with research teams.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and defend design solutions.
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Figma AI or other AI-powered design tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI for research analysis, user flow generation, ideation, and documentation.
• Ability to critically evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs.
