About the Role
We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to support business teams by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Category Managers, Commercial Managers, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data Engineering teams to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.

We are looking for a Commercial Data Analyst to support business teams by transforming data into actionable insights. You will work closely with Category Managers, Commercial Managers, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Data Engineering teams to monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze commercial KPIs (GMV, NMV, Orders, Margin, Conversion, AOV, etc.).
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and root-cause investigations.
- Evaluate vendor, product, pricing, promotion, and campaign performance.
- Identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Present insights and findings to business stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Product and Data Engineering team to define analytical requirements, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve commercial performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills (mandatory).
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand commercial challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Close attention to detail with an ownership mindset.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or marketplace businesses.
- Familiarity with pricing, promotions, commercial performance analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Experience supporting commercial, category, or business teams through data-driven insights.
