FP&A Senior Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical FP&A & Financial Engineering Specialist to support strategic decision-making across the company. This role goes far beyond budgeting and reporting. The successful candidate will develop financial models, forecasts, pricing analyses, profitability assessments, and investment evaluations that directly influence executive decisions.

The ideal candidate combines a strong STEM background with graduate-level education in economics, finance, or business and is passionate about solving business problems using quantitative methods.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Build and maintain integrated financial models.
• Develop rolling forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Design driver-based forecasting models.
• Analyze deviations between forecast and actual performance.
• Improve forecasting methodologies using statistical approaches.

Financial Modeling

• Develop three-statement financial models.
• Build cash flow forecasting models.
• Construct valuation models.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Design investment and capital allocation models.

Business Performance Analysis

Analyze profitability by:

• Merchant
• Product
• Customer segment
• Loan portfolio
• Channel

• Identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Measure operational efficiency.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs.

Pricing & Revenue Analytics

• Analyze pricing strategies.
• Evaluate lending profitability.
• Model pricing elasticity.
• Support product pricing decisions.
• Evaluate promotional campaigns and incentives.
