We are looking for a Senior .NET Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of our enterprise Contact Center Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering problems, designing scalable backend systems, and taking ownership of software from architecture to production. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and architects to modernize a business-critical platform that serves thousands of customer interactions every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and develop scalable backend services using C# and .NET.
• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
• Build reliable APIs and event-driven services.
• Design systems that are resilient, observable, and easy to maintain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Review code, mentor other engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and architecture discussions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience developing backend applications with C#/.NET.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience designing distributed or service-oriented systems.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and asynchronous communication.
• Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.
• Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar).
• Experience building scalable and highly available services.
• Good understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
• Comfortable taking ownership from design through production.
