Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX, Data, Operations, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer impact.
- Analyze product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst in a technology company.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and software development concepts.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.
