About the Role
Parasteh is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with a specialized eye for high-end visual aesthetics. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our visual content, bringing a high level of creativity to our digital presence. The ideal candidate has exceptional skills in professional photo manipulation—specifically for fine products and fashion modeling—and a strong flair for designing engaging social media assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Industrial & Jewelry Retouching: Expertly edit, color-correct, and retouch industrial product photography, with a specialized and highly refined focus on gold and jewelry imagery to highlight texture, shine, and intricate details.
• Model Photo Editing: Skillfully retouch and enhance modeling photography, ensuring high aesthetic standards and a natural, polished final look.
• Social Media Design: Conceptualize and design highly creative, eye-catching layouts specifically tailored for Instagram (posts, carousels, and stories) to drive engagement and visual appeal.
• End-to-End Execution: Manage design projects from initial brainstorming and sketching through to final production and delivery, ensuring high quality at every stage.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner actively with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business needs and campaign strategies into compelling visual assets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and high-end photo manipulation.
• Advanced mastery of Adobe Photoshop (essential for complex jewelry and model retouching), along with Adobe Illustrator.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product retouching (specifically gold/jewelry), fashion/model editing, and modern social media design.
• A meticulous eye for detail, composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively alongside content creators and marketing specialists.
