The Receptionist is the face of the Tigard Tajrish Showroom. You will be responsible for providing an exceptional first impression, managing administrative workflows, and supporting the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Description
Customer Greeting & Experience: Warmly welcome visitors, identify their needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales consultant or department.
Administrative Support: Manage daily office documentation, handle incoming calls/emails, and maintain organized digital records using MS Office.
Showroom Management: Ensure the reception area and showroom lobby are tidy, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Sales Coordination: Assist in basic customer data entry into the CRM/Excel systems and support sales staff with administrative tasks during peak hours.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the showroom and head office/customers, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Qualifications (Requirements)
Education: Minimum High School Diploma (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word (for documents) and Excel (for reporting and data entry).
Appearance: Professional, neat, and polished appearance suitable for a premium automotive showroom environment.
Language: Fluent in Persian (verbal and written); basic English proficiency is preferred.
