Compensation & Benefits Lead

Responsibilities

• Own and supervise end-to-end monthly payroll preparation and validation.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Manage compensation cycles including salary reviews, promotions, job changes, and off-cycle adjustments.
• Maintain and continuously improve salary structures, grading, and compensation frameworks.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Monitor employee benefits programs and collaborate with vendors to improve benefit offerings.
• Monitor and analyze C&B KPIs and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
• Prepare compensation reports, workforce cost analysis, and budgeting inputs.
• Ensure payroll and personnel data accuracy.
• Partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders on compensation-related decisions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve compensation and payroll processes.
• Stay updated on labor law, tax, insurance, and compensation regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards.
• Solid understanding of payroll, taxation, insurance, and labor regulations.
• Experience with salary benchmarking, job grading, and compensation analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with payroll systems.
• Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting and workforce planning.
• English communication: written and spoken.
