We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead and manage the daily execution of operational activities. This role is responsible for supervising the operations team, optimizing workflows, ensuring operational excellence, and driving execution quality through strong leadership, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain team alignment, focus, and performance during high-pressure situations.
- Ensure operational discipline, accountability, and consistent execution standards.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, support, or execution-focused roles.
- Minimum 3 years of team supervision experience.
- Familiarity with process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with Jira as an end user.
- Experience with reporting tools and data analysis is a plus.
- Previous experience in fast-paced startup environments or high-volume operations is preferred.
- Strong ability to manage multiple operational matters simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of process design and operational improvement.
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.
- Coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer capability.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong resilience and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
