As a Junior Technical Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between infrastructure stability and customer-focused technical services.

Responsibilities:

• Create effective communication with the employer to analyze requests.
• Handle requests within the prescribed time.
• Analyze configuration requests.
• Plan periodic services.
• Prepare and update necessary documents to perform periodic services.

Requirements:

• Good practice in SQL & PL/SQL.
• Hands-on skills in Linux.
• Hands-on skills in GSM.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Good performance management.
• Effective communication skills.
