OSS & Tools Expert

Key Professional Competencies & Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the concept of Machine Learning and advanced Python language (first priority).
• Development, change, and maintenance of software monitoring tools.
• Perform software development and application support for related OSS, NMS, monitoring, and applications.
• Detect application and monitoring problems and define an action plan to solve them.
• Prepare weekly meetings for application support/development to define action plans regarding ongoing trouble tickets; prepare CR/Work Orders with the Network Performance and Optimization department.
• Requires comprehensive (but not in-depth) knowledge of OSS, Monitoring, and DevOps for fault diagnosis and remedial action.
• Understand and analyze application/DB traces and logs.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
