At SnappTrip, we’re looking for a Mid-level to Senior Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in Golang to join our engineering team.
You’ll work on scalable backend services that power our travel products and help us improve the experience of thousands of users. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving real technical challenges, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to architectural decisions in a product-driven environment.

What you’ll do:
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go
Build and improve scalable microservices
Design APIs using REST and/or gRPC
Work with relational databases and asynchronous communication tools like Kafka
Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and backend teams
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and system design decisions
Help improve reliability, performance, monitoring, and development workflows
For senior candidates: mentor other engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap

What we’re looking for:
Strong experience with Golang
Solid backend development experience in production environments
Experience with microservices architecture
Familiarity with REST/gRPC
Good understanding of clean code, design patterns, and system design
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems
Experience with Docker and CI/CD concepts
Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
Nice to have:
Experience with Kubernetes, Redis, MongoDB, ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, or large-scale systems is a plus.
