Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the construction and fit-out of Hyperstar stores to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. The role also supports project documentation, progress reporting, contract administration, and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor construction and fit-out projects to ensure compliance with project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress and resolve project issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Support contract administration and maintain related records.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
• Prepare project progress reports and meeting minutes.
• Support project handover and close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (MEP), Construction Management, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or project management.
• Experience in retail or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.
