- Provide onsite and remote IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Log, track, and resolve incidents through the Service Desk system.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions.
- Prepare and support IT equipment for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Install software, antivirus, and security updates.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams to resolve technical issues.
- Document support activities and ensure SLA compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ year of experience in IT Help Desk.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Service Desk tools.
- Basic knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
