We are looking for a Field Marketing Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting potential customers, introducing our products and services, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through effective face-to-face communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective customers, stores, and businesses in assigned areas.
• Present and promote the company’s products and services professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights.
• Prepare daily reports on visits, leads, and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or customer acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confident, proactive, organized, and results-driven personality.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, CRM systems, or reporting tools is an advantage.
• Reliable transportation or willingness to travel within assigned areas may be required.
